Exactly. If the city's lib council for instance, are not crazy about people of faith, they'll find anything to shut them down. Libs will invent an ordinance to curtail free enterprise.

An extra word got in there although the way some cities work, the ordancies do seem to prance

OK: But I have not heard of any city ordinances that "block" a business. There are often some zoning rules in place (example: one cannot build a strip club next to a school).

But the reason I said it is a city problem: It is the citizens going to the restaurant and blocking the traffic; not the business doing anything except producing a popular product. Given the city gains (in sales tax), common sense would dictate that they would be in favor of helping the citizens.

Woodshole MA doesn't allow any fast food restaurants (ie McDonald's, etc). Same with Martha's Vineyard. I agree with you that this is a city problem. Maybe excess traffic or congestion. Chick-fil-A is very popular.
