That sludge is the filthiest stuff on the planet . Canada has laws against burning it, and I think we do too. It should stay in the ground. Period. There is no shortage of oil that would call for burning that sludge. It is only a moneymaker for
Koch Carbon Inc.
And China , who is the only one who burns it.
