The media certainly is guilty of slanting stories, but tell me, did they lie about Tiananmen Square protests? How about the treatment of the Uyghurs by the Chinese govt? What about the massacre in Waco TX? How about the 2020 election? It's impossible for an indivisible to personally know what is going on around the world, so news is the only choice.

So the media led about all those things? Let me ask you, do you believe the world is flat?

Of the examples shown...Only Tiananmen was fairly reported on... IMHO...

The media has since proven itself a lesser entity...

I am not saying they lied but how do we know when they’re telling the truth? Honestly, how do we?

There used to be pride in this thing called "journalism"...

Reporters had ethics and went the extra mile to be impartial...

We gave that up when we decided ratings were more important than integrity...

Still a lot of independent journalists and laymen out there....God bless them..

I think Waco TX was reported accurately. Opinion pieces are opinions. Many believe the 2020 election was stolen. Somehow, the Chinese govt wanted Biden as president and hacked the voting machines. Some of these people believe millions of non- existent voters cast ballots. This despite the various lawsuits & recounts. To believe these stories, that some vast hidden organization conspired to do all this is really being the pale. The number of persons involved would be enormous. Yet nothing concrete has been found. Don't you think someone somewhere would have leaked the proof? So, here's some news stories, your you tell me true or false.
1. Hong Kong's govt has ordered compulsory covid testing of all 7.5 million residents due surging covid cases.
2. Coronavirus came from Wuhan market and not Chinese lab, twin studies say.

Anyway, I think the news does a pretty good job. We can disagree and that's ok. I not only respect your opinion, but the right for you to have an opposing opinion without calling you derogatory names. Hope you have a good day.

It's a reflection of their reality. Anything that doesn't fit that is ignored/quashed/censored. (-:

Not by any mean, but how do you discover what is happening in the world, you- tube, short wave radio, morse code, ham radio? Just curious how the perfectly informed become informed? Oh, I bet internet sites like Newsmax or internet sites like those run by Qanon?
