I have it in both hands very bad. I have been seeking treatment since last summer. I finally got a referal letter to a neurologist in a city 100 miles from here. the referal is good till the middle of April and I haven't heard a word yet. I feel for you and understand your pain. My carpal tunnel has gotten very bad from lack of surgery. They won't do it until a nerve conduction test is done and that is the big hold up for me. I hope I get some action soon as the pain has migrated into my shoulders.

Lol when I text I use one finger and tap the letter to spell words ect. Like a type writer. Thus the one finger pecker.

Thanks keepuphopw!! I was one finger packer in my eight hand too 😁 I don't want the same thing happen in my left hand. So like I said I will take it easy for a bit. But thanks, ❤ you too girl!!😁👍

I had surgery in both hands (One at a time) for carpal tunnel about 7 years ago. Complete success. Slight problem healing the first time when I used hand to get up, when spread out it stretched the incision reopening it. Second time I made a fist to push myself up, no problems. Highly recommend it.
