You are partially right. Any one committing a deadly crime against anyone should get the death penalty! If found guilty they should only be allowed one year for appeals and then the sentance should be carried out. None of this10 ro 20 years on death row. When it costs more to give someone the death penalty than it does to icarcerate them for life there is something seriously wrong with the system.
