Isn't it great how the left keeps claiming that this is GOOD, that it's a sign of RECOVERY, that it is because workers are getting raises? Right. Just like what happened in Afghanistan is GOOD because Americans are out of there...well, most of them anyway. And it is a sign of recovery? Nonsense. It is a sign of money printers going 24/7 to pay for Democrat payoffs to their supporting unions and organizations. And the last. Do you know any one, ANY ONE, who has gotten a raise anywhere NEAR enough to cover this absurd inflation rate? My weekly food budget is up over 30% from one year ago. My gasoline budget is up almost 70%. And I am SO looking forward to the raise we are getting in social security next month. Of course they are increasing my cost for Medicare as well, so there is that. EVERYONE is facing a net LOSS of buying power, and a large one. Thanks to Brandinflation.
Some of you guys tell me again how this is a GOOOD thing.

This inflation is nothing more than growing pains, as we recover from the Republican Reagan VooDoo Economics. This is the price we pay for Reaganomics.
Until we start manufacturing our own stuff we will be up against a wall. Think about supplyside economics. This means we import everything , instead of manufacturing it ourselves.
So until we can get the ball rolling with help from the right we will remain up against the wall.
If difficult to help ourselves when the right continually tries to force us to fail.
They have voted against everything that would help us.
Nein ! Nein ! Nein ! Nein ! Nein ! Nein ! Nein !
I would be interested to hear your feelings on these matters.
Aside from it’s all Biden and the Dems fault.
What should we do?

Congratulations. End of the week and once again you are wrong. You’re on a lifelong role of being the only person that thinks you know anything.

I will agree with you this far, and no farther. WAY too much of our needed products are imported from overseas. Some things should be made in the USA for strategic and national security reasons.

However; this clueless nitwit blames Reagan and doesn’t even understand the core parts of supply side economics. The reason we don’t manufacture here was two fold. Unions (driving consumer goods higher in price) and NAFTA.

Wrong again.
Reaganomics.
Bush43 was using your taxpayer money to box up American jobs and send them out of the country. 43 was and still is a Republican.

You are correct. Personally, I am all for helping low income areas by letting them produce our artificial flowers, ceramic figures, toys, decor, etc. But letting foreign companies and our political enemies build our vehicles, our technology, produce our medicines, provide our computer chips, do our programing? Utter lunacy. Did you see the article from a few weeks ago where the Chinese-made-and-supplied debit/credit card machines (used to pay in retail and grocery stores) are getting onto the internet and dumping information to the Chinese government? It's being investigated, but it looks likely that ten of thousands of them are downloading our debit and credit info into Chinese servers.

You remind my of my idiot ex-son in law. I remember that clown strutting around with his chest puffed out saying that if HE were president he would drop nukes from orbit onto Iran. When I pointed out that we did not HAVE missiles, much less nukes, in orbit, he argued that we most certainly DID. When I asked for his evidence of this, he smiled confidently, and said, "Because if I were president, then I would have them in orbit."
You do exactly the same thing. You confidently assure everyone that these weird conspiracy theories are true, that every Republican since Lincoln are in on them, that they have these ridiculous powers, and have done these things in order to take all the money from the poor and middle class. All you need to do is read something on the internet, or in National Inquirer, or on a box of cracker jacks, and off you run with it. I could write three pages of why your comments above are not and can not be true. You, however, are so far out there that logic and reasoning and evidence are useless.

Amen. Great rebuttal and all true. If I remember correctly, Bill Clinton signed NAFTA.
