Soviet leaders failed to transform socialism with perestroika (restructuring) and glasnost (transparency), to give it a “human face” in the words of Mikhail Gorbachev; and although that political monster (which was the initiator and center of socialist / Bolshevik Marxism or Marxism-Leninism in the world) disappeared, those who sponsored the Marxists ideas continued their political activities in one way or another; especially in the West. -----In 1988 the UN established the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the concept of "global warming" began to enter the political arena. It must be considered that since before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the possible disappearance of the USSR was already in sight and the search for the new strategy of the international radical left was under way. In 1990 an international conference was held in Moscow and in his speech the Secretary General of the Communist Party of the URRS, expressed his support for the UN environmental programs, advocating for an international control system for environmental monitoring and a pact was signed to protect some environmental zones .----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the defeat that the dissolution of the Soviet Union represented for the communists, a follow-up conference was held in Brazil in June 1992; and that's when they started the propaganda about "global warming", as a threat to humanity; in order to achieve their goal, trying to turn the defeat suffered into victory. The communists and their fellow travelers turned environmentalism into a fighting tool in order to serve them to restrict the freedom of citizens throughout the world and deprive nations of their sovereignty. These left-wing extremists are experts in propaganda and the success they had in presenting the Nazis as a far-right ideology, hiding that they were Marxists like them, is known, which has only recently been clarified, through a resolution of the European Union that equates communism with Nazism. They are also experts in kidnapping mass movements and manipulating them for their benefit; and they have done so with the environmental movement, also known as the green movement, which was conceived as a global social and political organization whose main task would be to defend the environment, promoting environmental education, as well as pressure on non-responsible initiatives and the denunciation of them .------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In the post-Soviet world of the 90s, Fidel Castro, activated his preaching of: “turning defeat into victory”, since he was always facing failure, the stark truth is that he never did a good thing that would last; and it can be said that it was the antonym of the mythological Dimas, that everything he touched turned into gold; because, without a doubt, Castro was Sadim (Midas backwards), since everything he touched he destroyed and became excrement. However, it must be recognized that he was a genius for evil and destruction; he was a pioneer and guide of the forces of the left that call themselves "progressives", when he created the Sao Paulo Forum in July 1990 (anticipating what the destroyed Berlin Wall would produce), from which began the penetration of audiovisual and educational media at all levels, replacing the class struggle with: indigenism, feminism, gender ideology, the homosexual and transsexual movement, multiculturalism, the undermining of the family institution and the creation of correction politics; as well as the most important and misleading of all: the theory of global warming, later renamed climate change, because of how easy it was to verify the falsity of such warming.--------------- Sadim, was an alter ego of Marx (they were very similar in their personal hygiene and mental problems) and recycled that of: "Proletarians of the world unite and destroy capitalism", turning it into: "Capitalism is killing the planet, destroy capitalism."-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Castro raised Hugo Chávez and Evo Morales to control the Venezuelan “black gold” and the “white gold” of Bolivian drug trafficking, obtaining oil and dollars, to create ALBA and the “Socialism of the XXI Century”; as well as to buy consciences and penetrate the UN; gaining influence in the European Union through the socialist parties (who accept the policies of the international body without much qualms); as well as in the USA, through the Democratic Party, in which its leaders openly speak of implanting socialism, without considering the damage caused by this Marxist ideology wherever it has been implanted and that now, the left extremists in that party , intend to sell with the oxymoronic label of "democratic", for which they aspire to accept the Green New Deal, through the deception of "climate change", which would fulfill what was expressed by Lincoln on Jan. 27, 1838, when he spoke before the Young Men’s Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois: “…the perpetuation of our political institutions. At what point then is the approach of danger to be expected? I answer, if it ever reach us, it must spring up amongst us. It cannot come from abroad. If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."--------------------------------------It is noteworthy that the Secretary General of the UN, Antonio Guterrez, was president of the Socialist International, and it is sought that socialists or communists occupy the positions in that body, such as: Michelle Bachelet, in the Human Rights Commission or Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus in the World Health Organization (just to mention a few) and the campaign on global warming produced by Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a hoax sponsored by the communists who have taken over the UN; which has been included in goal 13 of sustainable development regarding “climate change” of its 2030 Agenda --------------------------------------------------------- When a query is made to the open encyclopedia Wikipedia (useful instrument, always tilted to the left) on CO2 we find that it is a GREENHOUSE GAS; but also taking data from Wikipedia, we see that the weight of a molecule of this gas is 44.01 g / mol, air being lighter (28.966 g / mol), so CO2 necessarily has to end up falling to the lowest layer: the troposphere, which is in contact with the Earth's surface and is the thinnest of the whole of the layers of the atmosphere. In this layer, CO2 acts as a thermal regulator of the planet; without it, the thermal differences between day and night would be so great that we could not survive, being of vital importance for living beings. CO2 is an essential gas in the respiration of plants and animals; and if it were a greenhouse gas, we couldn't even breathe, because every animal or plant lives within the limits of the troposphere; while greenhouse gases are of low molecular weight and most of the compounds emitted on the Earth's surface do not reach the stratosphere. The gases that reach this level in the atmosphere come from decomposition by the main oxidants of the troposphere (OH2, NO3 and O3). The stratosphere contains high concentrations of ozone gas (O3), which absorbs the ultraviolet light emitted by the Sun and converts it into heat. It is noteworthy that the hole in the ozone layer over Antarctica, which caused so much alarm a few decades ago, is no longer mentioned. --------------Wikipedia's contradiction arises because corrupt politicians behind governments and government-funded scientists want to ensure that all published research on "global warming" is uniform and consistent with what they want to be said, not necessarily with actual evidence, in order to ensure continued funding and long-term permanence of their projects; it is something similar to what Orwell raises in his book 1984, where the Ministry of Truth rectifies the data at its convenience. However, although you can change the information online at will, it is not possible to do so with pre-existing books, which contain the real data .-----------------------------------------The campaign developed by those who intend to reduce CO2 anthropogenic emissions (pretending that this is a greenhouse gas, producer of global warming, which contributes to climate change), should consider that if we divided the atmosphere into 1'000,000 parts to determine its composition, we would have the following: Nitrogen 780,840, Oxygen 209,460, Argon 9,340. So far 999,640 parts have been considered, leaving only 360 parts for various traces of gases (Neon, Krypton, Xenon, Hydrogen, Ozone, Nitric Oxide, Methane, Helium, Carbon Monoxide and Ammonia) 10, Carbon Dioxide (CO2): created by nature 340 and anthropogenic 10.----- According to the above, anthropogenic CO2 does not have a considerable representation in the atmosphere and could triple or quadruple without problems. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Those who promote the deception of climate change produced by CO2, assume that most people are unaware of the data that I have provided before, trusting that the corrupted media will do what is necessary to keep them in the dark. I am sure, that there will be some, who consult Wikipedia using their cell phone and will see the misinformation it offers, when it says that CO2 is a greenhouse gas without trying to know if this is true or not; but there will be someone that will take the trouble to see if it's true and that person will agree with Lincoln, when he told judge Douglas in 1858 in the speech delivered in Clinton, Illinois: “… you may fool people for a time; you can fool a part of the people all the time; but you can’t fool all the people all the time”. --------------------------

Thank you for this enlightening post. I believe part of the worlds’ problems are seated in the UN and the UN should be cast out of our Republic. What, if any good, do they do.
Your post leads me to believe even further that I’m right. Not just me, but many of America’s patriots have espoused this thinking.

I have seen data showing a significant sustained increase in atmospheric CO2 over the last 70 years. This seems hard to reconcile with your claim that less than 3% of the CO2 is anthropogenic.
Personally I have frequently posted against efforts to control CO2, since we produce ~14% and China ~42% of the CO2 and China will continue I find no value in spending money even if all they say is true, so I am on your side. I would like a reference on anthropogenic CO2 only being 10 parts in 340. I really want what you say to be true, and would like to be able to defend it.

We produce ~14% and China ~42% of the amount produced by human beings, but that is a % of the 100% produced by human beings.
