Apparently, knowing the Rittenhouse jury was NOT sequestered, MSLSD played the final arguments of the prosecution, but NOT the defense.

For the jury in this not to be sequestered is astounding, anyway, but oh the fair and balanced reporting of MSLSD. Maybe they just forgot!

Dude, MSNBC, only replayed the prosecution final arguments. That is all I am saying. They did it knowing that an unsequestered jury would probably watch them, or hope they would.

a jury gets both sides.. all statements.. Jury is instructed to not watch the media on nearly every case.. but you are correct that is rarely followed by the jurors..
