Rittenhouse Judge More Importantly Rules That Defense Cannot Refer To The Victims As Victims...
The defense can call them rioters and looters even though there were no such charges, but the prosecution can't call them victims.
Now there is a seriously heavily biased hand in judicial fairness, in fact the first thing the prosecution will likely do is file for a mistrial...if they aren't worried about pissing the judge off and bringing further bias. My take on it is they might as well, because any worse judicial bias would be grounds for an immediate mistrial.
It is fairly obvious that this judge is going to be like a wet blanket on judicial proceedings questions...
Defense yells objection the judge will be upholding and tying the prosecution's hands
Prosecution yells objection for the same thing and the judge will be telling the defense to proceed.

Seems to me that a large part of the case is deciding whether they were in fact victims or attackers. If Rittenhouse was acting self defense, which is the basis of the defense, then those injured or killed were not victims and calling them thus would be predetermining the verdict.

To legally refer to victims (that is what people that are shot are referred to as) as victims they would only have to be dead at someone else's hand...
To legally refer to someone as rioters and looters you would need to be able to show that they had been charged with crimes such as rioting and looting. Surely the judge knows this but is biased beyond hope of being fair to both parties.
You can have a burning car lot, but there is still associating specific people to the acts before you can hold them personally responsible to where you can legally call them criminals.
By your misunderstanding of what a rioter or looter is everyone at the 6th insurrection would be labeled as a rioter and looter if they were simply there.
