Get rid of the traitor in the White House!
How about we overhaul the whole government. Do not re-elect anybody no matter what. That would get some SERIOUS attention. Next, demand those fat cat C E O'S be thrown out and the new ones have a major pay cut or their product'(s) be avoided. We may have to sacrifice BUT we would win and quicker than you may think.

Obama will be gone in a couple more years. The jobs question will remain if we can't get a better system in place.

Good points .There does need to be a serious shake up.
In order to bring the jobs from over seas, abolish the IRS. Replace it with the consumption tax. America will be better off, and people will preserve their properties from those thieves.
Alberto
How about not punishing employers for hiring?
I know libs are shocked to find out that taxation and regulation leads to changed behavior.
But its true.

I agree that our tax structure is a deterant to buisness in many cases. I see tax breaks given to buisnesses as an incentive. There are a lot of people wanting the national sales tax to replace the IRS. You take home every dime you earn but pay taxes on your purchases. It gets every one involved.

Good points but I'm going to have to think about the regulation part. Thee has to be rules otherwise there will be abuse.

Why is it so hard for you lefties to figure out why companies are leaving the U.S. and looking for cheaper labor overseas?
Could it possibly be due to:
1. The unions driving up labor costs in the U.S.. While Dems talk about a living wage and try and raise the minimum wage to $15/hr.
2. Highest corporate tax in the world. U.S. is currently ranked 32nd in tax burden among the industrial countries worldwide.
3. Dumbed down education system, where if a hi-tech company stays in the U.S. it has to import labor. U.S. schools are not producing enough hi-tech workers.
4. Ever increasing restrictive government regulations and red tape? Out of control EPA.
5. Survival. Find cheaper labor and lower taxes, or go out of business.
6. Obamacare and socialized medicine.
7. All of the above.
Now, you lefties think real hard.......
Answer: Number 7

And, it's these people that holler about high prices, and do their shopping at Wal Mart.
Rescind NAFTA. "Slick Willies" legacy to the American people!
Pure and simple. Implement a tariff on everything imported from
"American" companies! THAT should provoke these "American" companies to make their products in America. Products you normally buy will cost more because we're subsidizing American labor. In the long term it will increase better paying jobs in America. Foreign auto companies making cars in America like Toyota, Honda and Nissan will be exempt because they employ American labor. The transition will be difficult on our finances in the beginning but once the momentum begins it will level out and we will enjoy American made goods again.

And, look for higher prices, higher inflation, lower quality goods, companies going out of business, higher unemployment (even more people out of work), more part time workers vs full time, etc.
Not sure there is a solution unless we are willing to pay much more for products. Most Americans don't care about buying American unless it is equal in quality and price or better.
