PPE and its training isnt for the benefit of the slaves using it....or not using using it, benefits the one requiring it to be worn as mandated by O.S.H.A. standards, as required for any task with minimum PPE requirements listed by the governing authority and thusly limits their liability along with the insurance companies in the event of stupid happening by the trained employee provided the PPE for use by the employer....... did i mention continual training?
The mask is not PPE for your chinese virus or for anyone else........
