"What's the point? I mean, all the small counties are red."

That's the response of a Texas legislator, Steve Toth, when asked why a proposed forensic audit of the 2020 election in the state would only focus on the largest counties in Texas, those with populations of 415,000 or more.

So only the large counties that Biden won or had a large percentage of the vote are proposed for the audit. When asked about that Toth responded that a full forensic audit for the state would take too much time and money.

Given that Texas had minimal trouble staying red during the 2020 election, I could argue that a forensic audit of the biggest counties is also a waste of time and money, no? So, what's the point of this exercise? I mean other than accusing the blue counties of cheating...without any evidence.

The red counties don’t have very many people in them. I mean only stump jumpers and mountain Williams.

They are not allowing the evidence! That’s the truth! What are they afraid of?

What evidence? Is it your position that the blue counties cheated? Is it because they are blue and only red counties don't cheat? Because that seems to be the implication.

Why would blue counties need to cheat? They had a choice also. They chose differently than the red counties...that is all. Where's the evidence that they cheated?

These audits aren't to discover election fraud, all the clowns clamoring for them know there was no fraud, it's to rake in piles of cash. Trump knew he lost fair and square, but his ego won't let him admit it, so his immediate claim of fraud was a knee jerk and predictable response. When he discovered that people were willing to give him wads of cash to prove it, a whole new scam was handed to him.
