Saw this. The left is turning their cities as lawless as Somalia. Just saw a video of a drive buy in an Atlanta suburb. Cops were present and did not give chase because of the stupid black racist mayors new rule that cops may not pursue. One person was shot. At least the cops were allowed to cal 9-11 and render aid.
