They are following the biggest moron of all. They are following a man who faked a map with a sharpie and thought he would get away with it. They are following a man who thought he could buy Greenland. They are following a man who thought Finland was a part of Russia. They are following a man who thought injecting disinfectant might be a good way to counter Covid. They are following a man who asked Angela Merkel for trade negotiations after having been told five times already that he would have to negotiate with the EU. They are following a man who looked directly into a solar eclipse although explicitly told not to.

They believe the election was stolen although there is no evidence and over 60 lawsuits were struck down in various courts. And, the final straw, they thought they could storm the Capitol, take Pelosi hostage and execute Mike Pence and thus get the Senate to declare Trump president although he clearly lost a legitimate election.

The list is endless. They are portrayed as idiots because they behave like idiots. If they are I cannot tell. But their actions suggest it.

Again you got it wrong.. I have never 100% agreed with any pol at any level.. and I have even pointed out a few things I did not care for by Obama, and amazingly, some very good things done by none other then Nixon..

I do not worship the man in charge whoever he is, Unlike the trump fanatics I do not hesitate to be critical of policy or acts which I do not like..

You're right Liberty I was going to mention crises at the border, providing funding to Hamas which wiped out the peace talks Trump had brokered, inflation, gas line, Middle East ........ but won't do no good
