This one: You are a liar! University is free in Europe?? Since when? And If Obamacare (NO WAY AFFORDABLE, just subsidized by the workers paying taxes, making it free for all freeloaders!) We would have twice as many doctors???? Never, it takes too many years to become a doctor, WE would have 4 times as many Lawyers, ten times as many useless liberal arts majors, and 100 times as many Political Science Majors! All useless...but easy and a quick road to loot the taxpayers!

In France, tuition is a few hundred dollars a year with subsidies up to zero tuition and $6,000 support for expenses. Of course, you have to qualify with grades. You have to pay for transportation and meals unless you can claim financial need. My wife's relatives have all kinds of degrees: architects, university professors, etc. It's been that way since socialist governments were elected. Equal opportunity regardless of parentage!

Americans have the time. They don't have the money. The ROI is fantastic now if you can pay your way. Doctors are in the top few %.



And France does indeed have too many of everything exactly because tuition is so low. But we could easily use twice as many doctors to reduce the cost of healthcare. With free tuition, they would earn half as much. That's the French experience.

Once there was an article in Playboy magazine, written by the dean of the Harvard Law School, (Not Obama) In it he wrote that law schools graduate about 50,000 more new lawyers that there are jobs for! That's counting new business, retiring and dying lawyers! He recomended limiting the number of admissions to law schools as is currently done for doctors! That was some time ago, probably now, with fifty more law schools the number is higher! He said THAT was the reason for most of the frivolious law suits! On the web? Quien Sabe'

Let a thousand flowers bloom as long as healthcare becomes cheaper. Lawyers can fend for themselves. When you lose a suit, you lose money.

The problem is the drain on assets by lawyers sucking the blood out of citizens and business (which again causes higher prices and transfer indirectly from the workers to Lawyers)
