California didn’t do it, industry did and did so because it wasn’t properly regulated and when it was the penalty if caught wasn’t as much as the cost of operating responsibly.

Double ouch - doesn’t matter what you ride as long as it has no more than 2 wheels, unless it’s a Honda or Harley trike. Almost forgot - a Morgan 3 is nice. Look it up, you will see what I mean. 😉

I didn't come home with a shiner but I think I used half a bottle mouth rinse for a good half hour... lolol
