Curious if one has flu symptoms and go to the doc to find out its Covid and are told to go home rest, drink fluids, and take 2 aspirin. Why did they need to go to the doctor to hear those 3 remedies?

Just as strange as every time reopening start back up there is all this news about how variants are stronger, we need to slow down, don’t open etc...
Those variants they speak of being more contagious, spreading quicker etc have been here for months now... Not new and oh wait didn’t they say the vaccine works for them too or no, maybe not, blah,blah, blah...Sure increases will occur as the world opens back up, herd immunity needed, obviously nothing else they have suggested over the last 15 months has worked... Miss Linda i agree with your last sentence, it says it all. Except that common sense factor needs to kick in. We all know where that went.
What i can't figuure out is the increase of cases being reported higher then before after almost 1/2 of the country has been vaccinated.

Scare tactics have kept this thing going for 15 months now, why should they change it now??? Or admit “ flu season” is viable at this point?? Not to mention while we hear only of a few cases where people still got the virus after being vaccinated I am sure there are plenty more that is left unreported intentionally..Dare it suggest yet another recommendation has faltered..
