Biden has been questioned a a lot on transparency in his administration. Apparently he has nominated Joe Manchin's wife to a Cabinet post. If that isn't transparent, I don't know what is, even if it gives a whole new meaning to the word.

Joe Manchin's wife is married to Joe Manchin who is the senator from West Virginia and the one person who is apt to upset Biden's plans to make all future elections swing to the Democrats. He is the one guy who said he isn't in favor of removing the filibuster. Biden desperately needs his vote to give the Dems more power. Maybe you can think of a better reason for Biden's picking her.
