Biden Considering ‘Every Tool’ To Attack Second Amendment As Leftists Push ‘National Emergency’ Declaration

President Joe Biden is reportedly considering “every tool” at his disposal to crack down on Second Amendment rights as left-wing activists are pushing him to deal with the issue of gun violence by declaring a national emergency and using executive orders.

“Among the executive actions under consideration by the administration is one that would require buyers of so-called ghost guns — homemade or makeshift firearms that lack serial numbers — to undergo background checks,” Politico reported. A White House official told Politico that Biden was considering “every tool at our disposal, including executive actions” to crack down on the Second Amendment.

Biden wants to ban so-called “assault weapons,” which are semi-automatic firearms. He also wants to ban so-called “high-capacity magazines,” an ultimately arbitrary term. Biden has previously said he wants to ban magazines that can hold “multiple bullets,” which would include all magazines. He also wants to end gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability, which would likely devastate the firearms industry quickly.

John Feinblatt, president of the left-wing, Michael Bloomberg-backed Everytown for Gun Safety, said that his organization is the “strongest” pro-gun control administration “in history” and that they have “full confidence they’re going to govern like it.”

Some gun control activists “are urging the administration to begin disbursing money to 40 cities across the country plagued by gun violence through discretionary agency grants or by declaring a national emergency,” the report added. “Rather than wait for Congress to pass funding in an infrastructure or gun control bill, groups like March For Our Lives and Community Justice Action Fund say agencies can and should start allocating funds to community-based programs now.”

We have numerous experts on OPP, splitting hairs, telling us “no one is coming for our guns”. Woody is sure he is going to be able to keep his, reckon he thinks Obama/Biden will respect they are “precision weapons”. Collectively all these anti-2nd Amendment nut cases don’t have a clue what they are talking about.

If our supreme court was pro-Constitution, we might have a chance. Justice Thomas appears to be the last conservative on the court & he is talking retirement. He can’t be blamed for that at his age & having 8 against him.

Remington/Newtown has set a precedent. Seems like England banned mail order of certain knives to stop knife violence. I wonder if they let knife companies be sued.

They aren't called ghost guns because it's a cute name. Why not simply make a law that prohibits using forearms to commit crimes?

There are plenty of laws that do that already. One more is not going to change things. Locking up the shooters in Chicago would be a start, then St. Louis, then New York, then Newark. Take out the shooters in the top 10 cities, gun violence would go almost to nothing.

Ghost guns are another straw man like buying guns at gun shows w/ no background check. The number of people actually able to successfully machine them is about 5% of sales. I am a tool & die maker, my companies have built dies for gun companies, ammo companies, Federal Arsenals for years, machine gun company two stories underground making special ops guns. Once you are off .003” on any dimension, you have a piece of scrap. We have plenty of people showing up wanting their scrap fixed. Mating an upper & lower is another challenge.

Check w/ WG. I don’t doubt he has precision rifles, knows people who build their own guns with premium parts. If you buy the best lower, best upper, best, barrel, best trigger, best bolt,... have the expertise to put it all together, you can have a better rifle than you could buy, but if your time is worth anything you will have more in the gun than you could buy a top of the line off the shelf gun.

The social media sites have done more to destroy and kill our country than any gun manufacturer but yet they are still free of liability. They helped to suppress patriotic voters voices and supported voter and election fraud. Slo Joe needs to address this issue 1st before he goes on his 2nd Amendment tirade. Of course no demorat will, because the social media like the corrupt msm, are whores and pimps for the demented dem party.

Conservatives should begin proposing legislation to register knives, golf clubs, baseball bats, hammers, axes and garden tools. All of these assault weapons must be stored in a locked safe and subject to random inspection. If the owner intends to remove an item he/she must notify the authorities before doing so 36 hrs in advance with an explanation stating where, how and how long the item will be used and must obtain a written response prior to such use.

Maybe we should register all politicians addresses, phone numbers and pictures and distribute them to the criminal element. If they won't comply, arrest them and fine them heavily. Start with the demorat party since they are responsible for most of societies moral, social, religious, scientific and political decay.
