Education should have never gone public. It's trained teachers must, out of necessity to keep their job, teach a "cooky-cutter philosophy," dumbing down the students. Property taxes should be done away with as it is confiscated by local governments for "public schools." The parents should have a least the right to choose vouchers for private schools and home school education, thereby choosing their own tutors. History proves this.
