There are thousands of prophecies in the Bible. Not a single one of them got it wrong. There is no use calculating the odds of this happening. It is impossible.... For humans. But those prophecies come from God. Also, no one has ever proven the Bible wrong in anything it says. There's your proof.

I don't wish to get into bashing your religious beliefs, but let me ask you, how old is earth according to your Bible? It seems many times religion is used to keep people, mainly women in line and subservient to men. It's fine you choose to believe. I question why there's always some verse that some religious person quotes to condone their behavior. One last thing, how is your version of God better than those of the other religions?

I’ll answer your questions for the benefit of others.
1). The Bible does not give an age for the earth.
2). The Bible puts down guide lines but most you refer to between the sexes, was Old Testament. Man and woman marry and become one.
3). Our version of God better? It’s called Faith. Jesus’s teachings brought him pain and death. No riches. Most leaders of other religions received personal gain. Pretty simple. Believers believe Christ is who he said he is and did what he came to do.
4). In the Christian faith the Bible is the word of God. So far 100% of prophecies have come true.
