The one guy doing something about it has been properly warned through felony indictment.
Don't you think it is rather hypocritical of the dems to be slapping Perry over using Governor veto power?
This will bite them in the butt in conservative majority Texas.

Amen, Patty. I was just about to start a new topic on this when I saw your post. Check out this booking footage of the clean and sober D.A. that Perry refused to rehire:

I've been corrected on something on another forum. Apparently Perry can't fire this woman because it's an elected position. However, it's still highly questionable that he acted outside the law with his veto.

 I would think it reasonable to not want your DA to have a felony record.

I don't know anything about her but the video showed them drawing blood and I think the odds are pretty slim that she came in under .08. I haven't really kept up with this but skimmed it this morning when it was headlined.
Thanks for the info I didn't know that was what this was about but assumed it was all pay back for the National Guard at the border.

I wonder when her term is up. All her opponent has to do now is play those videos just before the election and see how many votes she gets.

She has to be a liberal with her reasoning that the cops were the one who ruined her career. No personal responsibility.
