They are traitors because they are following the Constitution to resolve the question of fraud or no fraud? I fully agree that those obstructing the lawful processes need to be removed from government. The difference between us is that I am willing to wait for the process to determine who those are.

If and/or when this nation or any state within it manages to thwart the multitudinous serial cheating of the Democrat party and conduct a legitimate election, it will be correct to jail the offending Democrat officials and members.

Nope. They disagree with the Progressive Agenda. That makes them traitors in the eyes of certain OPP comrades who are part of the "Progressive Element." At least, that's what they called party members in the USSR. These people ignore the fact that the Democrats have pulled this same crap several times since the late 1960s.

If they signed a document stating the election was fraud, but also gained a Seat from the election, then they should be prevented from taking office on their grounds it was fraud.

I hope they pay a price for their treason in 2022. It's not ok to try and de-legitimize the majority vote, it's not ok to try and prevent people from voting, and it's damn sure not ok to spread known falsehoods.

I've repeatedly denounced anyone, federal, state or local who in anyway cheated, or simply willfully abrogated their duty by ignoring it while enriching themselves, or selfishly defending their self-perceived political standing, at the expense of all else.
However, in speaking of the actual election, not the aftermath, it was principally, the Democrats who plotted, planned, and connived to execute an all out frontal assault on the legal citizenry of this nation, and even now, have burrowed down in an on-going attempt to wrest from 70 plus million voters their president of choice.
Those who are found to be criminals behaving criminally, and those weak willed, slack-spined Republicans who in anyway assisted them, if only by cowardly looking the other way, should be subjected to any applicable legal remedy.
