No, they were some knuckleheads who held their own meetings made up fake paperwork and chose their own pretend electors. They then mailed the pretend documents to Congress. It looks as if they likely committed several felonies in the process. In normal times it would make sense just to write it off to lunacy in this case they should be prosecuted to stand as an example.

It does say that if the vote is contested, then the house decides who will be President. It's happened twice. It's about to happen again. Even though the votes have been certified, they are still being contested in a court of law. So it will be decided by the House. One vote per state. Trump wins.
