Public Schools receive Government funding. That's why liberal a$$holes will not allow creation to be taught, or even allow the name God to be mentioned. By that same reasoning, this case falls under government suppression of free speech.

It has nothing to do with the first amendment. If you are an educator and work for a public school then you are apolitical. If you can't be apolitical then don't go into education.

If you are an educator you don't have free speech and the curriculum in public schools is set up by the state board of education which in Penn is set up by Republicans.

Freedom of speech doesn't exist for educators...you sign that right away when you sign your contract. A teacher can only teach from the curriculum--they are given some leeway but stray too far and you will be fired and campaigning for one political party over the other is straying too far...
