Anyone who has ever had any dealings with the FBI has learned quickly how corrupt it has always been. Comey’s Wray’s appearances on tv extolling the virtues, values of the FBI were “thou protests too much moments”.
Mueller should have been in prison for years for sending innocent men to prison & should have been indicted for murder when he had Whitey Bulgar moved to a VA prison close to DC & put in population with someone who had vowed to kill him & did. Whitey knew the facts on the men Mueller sent to prison, the Govt. Had to pay off a lawsuit from one of the families. Would not have looked good for Whitey to start talking during Russia, Russia.
Where Trump made his mistake w/ all the agencies is believing there were good apples. The things the FBI, CIA, DOJ have done required complicity from the lowest ranks up through the whole organizations. An agent might not agree w/ what was being done but none did anything to stop it, scared to death of the top management.
I think Trey Gowdy was finally convinced how bad the FBI is after all the years he spent as a Federal Attorney.
