I'm sure that there's a lot that hasn't been revealed yet. My personal opinion is that Trump may be trying to prove enough election fraud so there aren't enough states certified, That way Biden won't have the 270 vote majority in the electoral college when they meet. Then the 12th amendment will immediately kick in and he'll end up getting elected by the House.
As my sister likes to say, "More will be revealed." He has a 3 weeks yet.
