The first paragraph in this story says "SCYTL does not have offices in or servers in Frankfurt, Germany". Read on.
The SCYTL website states, under customers that SCYTL is "successfully used online for the first time during their recent internal consultation related to the government's new coalition. From February 20, to March 3, the SPD allowed it's party members living abroad to vote online with SCYTL online voting systems. The SPD is paving the way for online voting in Germany and it is foreseen that, in the future, all party members can cast their vote over the internet for SPD's internal consultations." SPD stands for Social Democratic Party.
Their other customers include various ententies in Spain, Malta, Australia, U.S.Elections, Ontario Municipalities in Portugal, France, Switzerland, Brazil, United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Libya etc.
The article further says an 'Army spokesperson", I want a name.
Does not tabulate votes in U.S. yet U.S. Elections is listed as customer, how do we know what they do or don't do. Especially with hundreds of signed affidavits having been submitted?

I thought it was in Spain too. People have to remember, the CIA isn't about to tell the American public they have recovered hard drives from overseas that would implicate voter fraud in the U.S. Especially where we are in the battle for votes, it just wouldn't happen. And if I were Louis Gomer, I wouldn't be saying anymore either. After all, the dems are allowed to 'misspeak' all the time.
