When a person is given something to drink; and without his knowledge, a drug is poured into the beverage that is being offered, in order to deprive him of his will and thus take advantage of his psychedelic state to work against his person, it is the same criminal deception that the Marxists are carrying out, to take control of the nations of the world .--------------Nicolás Maduro, following the policies imposed by Havana, has ruined Venezuela and its oil production is stagnant, producing less than 400,000 barrels a day, when it is the country with the largest oil reserve in the world. In 1998, Petróleos de Venezuela became the third largest refining company in the world, capable of processing 3.3 million barrels of oil per day. ------------ It should be noted that the government of Hugo Chávez from 1999 to that of Nicolás Maduro from 2013 to the present, benefited from the rise in the price of oil for many years, which allowed them to do what they wanted with the revenues produced by this industry, using them indiscriminately to do politics or to enrich themselves, without worrying about maintaining and improving the productive means.-------- It is no longer possible to do politics by supplying cheap oil to other countries, since Venezuela has had to receive gasoline, which it is unable to produce, sent by Iran, in exchange for tons of gold, to supply the country's needs; but Maduro says that “it is a priority” to maintain the oil shipment to Cuba (the colonial metropolis), as part of a political alliance (by which he remains in power) initiated during the presidency of the late Hugo Chávez. ----- However, what has notably improved is the production and trafficking of cocaine by the Cartel de los Soles ( soles = suns - in reference to the insignia worn by officers with the rank of general of the Venezuelan armed forces that represents the sun), in combination with the Colombian guerrilla, in the border area, in the states of Apure, Zulia and Táchira, since there they receive shipments of cocaine from the neighboring country; as well as the one obtained until last year from Bolivia, where under the government of Evo Morales the coca leaf was harvested and the harvest from Peru was received; making cocaine, to be sent to Venezuela and other places, using the Chimoré airport, built for this purpose. The air distribution routes that are covered are usually to the Dominican Republic and Honduras or by land to Suriname and from there to Africa and Europe. The seizure of drugs by the authorities in different places is notorious, we see how often "submarines" loaded with cocaine are captured and it is worrying how much drug is not captured. ---------- The Cuban government has practically under its control the government of Venezuela, using it as a puppet, being the expert and the mastermind of all activities related to drug trafficking and terrorism.-------------- The United States Department of Justice has offered 15 million dollars for the capture of Maduro, who is accused of being the head of the Cartel de los Soles, and of coordinating with the Colombian guerrillas the trafficking of tons of cocaine, as well as the delivery of arms to these terrorist organizations, in exchange for training of paramilitary groups that support his regime and also for coordinating drug trafficking with authorities of other countries, including Honduras.------- It is time to invoke the United Nations conventions against Transnational Organized Crime and against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, to depose the regimes of Venezuela and Cuba, undertaking operations to capture the criminals at the head of the governments of those countries, using methods similar to those used by Russia to occupy the Crimean Peninsula and annex it, preventing any official war from taking place, as it is an international police operation. ------------ Of course, we see what the military chief of the Venezuelan operational strategic command, with rank in the category of the “soles” (suns), declares: "In the face of any attempt by a coalition of countries that want to intervene against Venezuela, our allies: China, Russia and Cuba will help us, Venezuela is not isolated”. ------------------- It is known that states ally for interests not for solidarity or kindness and geopolitics is an interest that must be considered. Vietnam was helped by China to achieve its independence and to regain all of its territory under communism, first against France and then against the USA; but at the moment it feels threatened by China that tries to take away part of its maritime space and that a few years ago attacked it by land, for not submitting to China’s hegemony, the Vietnamese now are seeking protection with their enemy of the past; and we see how the visits of the American aircraft carriers: Carl Vinson in 2018 and Roosvelt in 2020, are welcomed. -----------Something similar can be seen in the history of Cuba. In the Cuban Constitution of 1901 an amendment was introduced, as a condition of the American Union (that had helped Cuba to gain independence from Spain) to put the government of the country in hands of the Cubans, by which that Union could intervene in the internal affairs of Cuba. The reason for this amendment was to guarantee that no foreign power could settle in Cuba and alter the existing status quo in America .---------------With the policy of “good neighbor” developed by the Franklin Roosevelt administration, this amendment was not considered in the Cuban constitution of 1940; and twenty years later, John F. Kennedy, following that policy, without making sure if the neighbor’s government was good or not, makes a huge mistake; and in the middle of the Cold War, forgetting the past, he opened the doors of America to Soviet communism in April 1961, when he did not allow support to the Cubans of the 2506 brigade, trained in Guatemala by the CIA during Eisenhower’s administration. These men had disembarked in Cuba to overthrow the Castro regime and were truly betrayed by the Kennedy Democratic administration, which did not provide them with the maritime and air support that had previously been promised, allowing them to be decimated and captured, having no ammunition for continue fighting, the CIA disembarked them in a place from which they could not leave without help, but it was not easy to enter either, since the disembarking was aimed at establishing a beachhead and in it a government in arms, to be recognized by other nations and continue the fight; but the Democratic administration, having allowed that undertaking to be followed, did not respect the commitment acquired by the US government with those men; which was a treason, to later assume the fact as an embarrassing defeat (not of the anti-communist Cubans, but of the democratic American government); and pay a ransom for the prisoners. That mistake put the world on the brink of World War III, because 18 months later, in October 1962, the Soviets (at Fidel Castro’s request) installed missiles in Cuba that they intended to equip with nuclear warheads, to threat the USA. -------------- Again, for a second time, Kennedy was wrong, he accepted the bluff from Nikita Khrushchev; and for the Soviets to withdraw the missiles, he promised not to intervene in Cuba for the next 25 years, a commitment that expired in 1987, four years before the USSR disappeared, more than 30 years ago, without anything being done in a timely manner. ------------- Kennedy knew that the Soviets were in no condition to go to nuclear war with the US (there was intelligence on this); and so did Khrushchev, but fearing some consequence, he decided to hand Cuba over to the communists, (He was willing to fight for Berlin in Europe, but not for Cuba, which is practically within the USA!) and this second mistake has caused serious problems throughout America for the past six decades. ---------------- A similar mistake was made when communist China was recognized and given to it the seat in the UN, ignoring the Chinese nationalists who had been the allies of the USA, without conditioning the acceptance of the independence of the island of Formosa where the nationalists had taken refuge. Today it is faced the problem of defending Taiwan and protect it from China's expansionist ambition by sea and by land.-----------Castroism is totally discredited among Cubans for having plunged the country into misery and the Castro-communists remain in the government due to the strong repression they exert on the Cuban people, maintaining a certain influence over Nicaragua and practically controlling the government of Venezuela. ------------ Once the control of the Cuban government over Venezuela is over, this country will return to normality and the same will happen in Nicaragua .--------- Some people think that Cuba does not represent a danger to the United States; but this is a fallacy, since it is only 90 miles from the coast of Florida and is a lair for the enemies of this country, maintaining very close relations with nations such as Iran and North Korea, that openly work to destroy the American nation; as well as with Russia and China. who are its adversaries in the international arena .---------- History cannot be allowed to repeat itself, allowing the Russians or Chinese now to take the place the Soviets had in Cuba.-----------
