Squandered 800 billion? Sounds like a typical right wing embellishment of an issue to try to add value to a useless response. There was no corruption, no matter how much it's investigated, how much the lie is repeated, how much you idiots try to tie the White House directly to the IRS, or what is to be gained during this colossal clown show. Additionally, there is nothing the clown posse can do to alter any actions of the President, the IRS, the Justice Department or any other branch of government, so it is a big waste of time and resources.
