If, as an American and patriot, you were not thoroughly outraged by Trump's blatant attempts to undermine mail votes by appointing some lackey to dissemble the USPS, after he admitted such votes would favor Democrats, shame! Almost sedition. But the Republicans continue efforts to illegally suppress the vote. They lost these two battles.

1. Judge blocks order limiting Texas ballot drop-off locations
A federal judge in Texas on Friday halted Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s order that shuttered dozens of mail ballot drop-off sites weeks before November’s election, authorizing only one for every county no matter the size.

Abbott's order dramatically reduced the number of places in Texas where voters could drop off mail ballots during early voting and most heavily impacted the state’s largest cities, which are also Democratic strongholds. He issued the order Oct. 1 as voters had already begun returning ballots for the Nov. 3 election.

The move brought swift accusations of voter suppression from Democrats and voting rights groups, including the League of United Latin American Citizens, which filed a lawsuit over the order earlier in October.

In a 46-page opinion, U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman of Austin said “the public interest is not served by Texas’ continued enforcement of a proclamation plaintiffs have shown likely violates their fundamental right to vote. This factor therefore weighs in favor of a preliminary injunction.”

2. Judge rejects Trump campaign request for access to Philadelphia voter offices

A Philadelphia judge has rejected a lawsuit filed by President Donald Trump's campaign seeking poll watcher access to satellite voter offices in the city.

The campaign last week said its poll watchers were denied entry to areas where voters were casting ballots, leading Trump to decry "Bad things happen in Philadelphia" during the televised debate against former Vice President Joe Biden.

A few days later the campaign filed suit against the city, claiming "while transparency and accountability are hallmarks of election integrity, the actions of Philadelphia election officials to date have undermined election integrity by shrouding the casting of ballots in secrecy.

“The absence of poll watchers at polling places where registration and voting are occurring threatens the integrity of the vote in elections and denies voters the constitutional right to free and fair public elections under the United States and Pennsylvania constitutions," the suit adds.

How can you be so blind to the corruption to end our basic Democratic Process and rig the election? Well, Russia applauds you.

Answer me this , " why do electronic voting machines count votes in decimals?" Yeah, not whole numbers. What happened to One vote One count?

Someone set up the voting booths so elections can be rigged. Why? What is this Russia?

You have become such a partisan hack always accusing others of the plans your Democrat handlers do. You completely ignore all their plans at cheating. Your posts are no longer worth reading. You conveniently failed to mention that both judges who made these rulings are Democrats so what did you expect?

The right wing panicked about mail in voting because it threw a monkey wrench into all their voter suppression tactics. Closing polling places, moving polls, removing voters from roles.

Exactly! Excellent points. The evidence is overwhelming about voter suppression tactics and should be a source of outrage for any American believing in our ideals, but the GOP thinks this is just politics as usual. Their gerrymandering alone is an open attack on our system of government.

Trump has absolutely no control over closing polling places, moving polling places or removing voters from the rolls. Congress passed the law requiring that states maintain their voter rolls up to date. Many areas are 10 or more years out of date. Local election commissions decide how many and were polling places are located. There are state laws controlling the criteria local election boards can use to make the changes in location or numbers of polling places.
Mail in voting has had too many problems to trust the results. From lack of security of the ballots, ballots being thrown out, stolen, forged, etc. If one candidate wins on election night, only to lose days or weeks later will claim (and will probably be accurate) that there was fraud and the election was stolen. Even if the claim was not true, it will sow dissent and lead to more chaos than we have seen with the BLM/Antifa riots.

Which voter suppression are you talking about? You attempted to blame Trump for requiring the voter rolls be maintained up to date. That was done by Congress long before Trump became President. I'm not sure how other states do it, but in Nebraska the Secretary of State is the top election official in the state and as such enforces the election laws passed by the unicameral. The counties each have an election commissioner who makes the decision on how many polling places are in the county and where they will be located, with one in each ward. Where's the suppression in that?

Again, Trump has NO AUTHORITY OR CONTROL over closing polling places, moving polling places, removing ballot boxes. That is all done on the local level. Not all election officials are Republicans, nor are they all Democrats. The removal of voters from the voter rolls was a law passed by Congress to require states to maintain their voter rolls up to date. It was passed long before Trump even ran for President. It is in the best interest of both parties that the voter rolls are accurate. The Post Office is supposed to be self funded with Congress budgeting supplemental funding. Congress can't even pass a budget and since spending bills originate in the House, you can lay the blame on Nancy Pelosi and Democrats as they have had control of the House for the last two years. Both parties can share in the blame as they haven't passed an actual annual budget since 1996.

He does not have to have all cities and states cheat. When the GOP let the civil rights amendment expire, all the suppression states were free to go wild again. trump does not need to order them to do his bidding, they know what he wants.

By that logic, the Democrats are supporting the BLM/Antifa riots because they are not condemning them and they think the optics of them makes Trump look bad. Btw, there was no civil rights amendment that expired. There were some agreements between the DOJ and various states to improve voting rights for minorities. These type of agreements have goals and penalties spelled out, along with a review process on the progress being made. When the states have met their goals, the government releases them from close supervision. Think of it as similar to being put on probation. As long as you meet the terms of the probation and don't reoffend, you get released from government supervision. These agreements were made decades ago and are not subject to any interference from the President. These are decided by the courts.

That should read removing INELIGIBLE voters from rolls. Of course, Democraps don't care about such niceties as long as the illegal voters mark everything with a "D" after the name.
