As you seem quite enamored of the sitting President and his policies, you figure it out. Perhaps Secretary Kerry could travel there and do as abysmal job in dealing with that issue as he has others.

Yes, Kerry could go and ask them to please stop whatever it is they're doing that upsets some people. I'm sure his press conference will contain the following; " we are secure in our ability to arrive at a diplomatic solution, to whatever everyone is upset about. Our President works tirelessly to negotiate a mutually beneficial resolution with all parties involved, leaving all options on the table for further consideration. Great progress is being made to that end, knowing that all efforts will eventually pay off, to wit, a peaceful Middle East - wait - what country are we talking about?".

And, you're surprised? Russia has violated various arms treaties since WWII, and will continue to do so. And, the man currently in the WH, whom you blindly support, will do absolutely nothing about it. He may send Lurch (Kerry) over there to make idle threats, and then he'll return saying "I really told them, and laid down the law." What a joke.

First off I am not enamored by the sitting president. I'm a person who believes in respect for the President of the United States of Americano matter who is president and weather I voted for them or not. Dissagreeing with policys is one thing. Out right disespect and de-humanizing him and his wife is way out of line. The attitude that we should not try to stop killing of the weaker by the more powerful is hardline and will lead to more killing. BY not making every effort for peace we are feeding a war machine that is capable of becomeing a monster that cannot be stopped. War is a last resort but I assure you the United States is the most militarily powerful country in the world. Do we annialate another country because we can?

My point is read the article. I am like most Americans wondeing what will happen next. I started this post to remain nuetural and hear from others and take what good information i could get. You have good points but are politically polarized and on the offensive. That I don't see as conducive to discussion.

Fom, you can't make peace with a bully you have to punch him in the mouth so that he will fear you and thus respect you. President Reagan said a strong defense is a stronger offense and it still holds true. Obama on the other hand has been systematically reducing our military to post WWII levels so what does Putin have to fear, why would he back down??

Putin has to answer to the European Union, not us. Our mistake is getting involved where we're not involved.

Question, were you as upset when mockery and insults were being made about our prior President? Did you have an issue with him being called stupid, etc? Fair is fair, you know.

Having been mean, try and realize mockery of politicians has been going on throughout history. The difference is with the internet is easier for the insults to be seen by more people, faster.

Yep putting our head in the sand is working so well, that's why the world is on fire right now! We were a super power who had the responsibility to defend freedom and to make good on promises to defend people who reduced their nuclear arsenal with the promise of protection from us!!
