Being a "successful politician" is nothing to brag about, it ranks with "I was a successful whore" or "I was successful at foreclosing mortgages on elderly widows."
Politicians only produce politics.
The Clintons did, however, show a high degree of skill at getting away with corruption, grand larceny, swindling, gross negligence that endangered our national security, graft, perjury and very possibly (likely is closer) more than 50 counts of conspiracy to commit murder.
None of the above adds to their skills as politicians, though Bill's scores of extramarital dalliances, including his 27 flights aboard Pedophile Airways, does qualify his character as suitable for a full time career in politics, while Hillary would be best suited to run S.P.E.C.T.R.E.

That last part will change soon, unless the desperate Democrats manage to pull off the Mail-In Ballot Scam© and bring their corruption back into the White House.
There was no way Hillary wasn't going to be exonerated while Obama, who made a ton of money "looking the other way" or signing off where Hillary needed him to, was in office, nor until the deep state saboteurs had been sufficiently purged.
That's all done now, there's no one left to run interference for Hillary, but there are professional investigators who are dedicated to unearthing and proving the truth -- for the purpose of indictments, prosecutions and convictions.
