I hope this lawyer will be successful in his defense and I suggest that he starts by trying to make the jury be composed of people whose businesses have been looted and burned and family members of those who have been killed in the “provoked riots” that have taken place, disguised under the definition of "protests". ---------- I have been able to appreciate the opinion in the networks of people who condemn the action of this teenager and the fact that he had an AR-15 rifle; but they do not condemn mayors and governors who have allowed their cities and states to fall into anarchy, preventing law enforcement officers from fulfilling their duty, which favored the commission of numerous violations of citizens' rights, where they have produced crimes of all kinds: vandalism, robberies, arsons, rapes, murders, etc. ------ These authorities have handed over their states and cities to BLM and Antifa, prevaricating in their functions. It is to be hoped that in the next elections these officials will be rejected by citizens and will not hold any public office again and after investigating their misconduct they will get the punishment deserved. -----------A BBC article says that: On his Facebook page - which was deactivated after his arrest - [Kyle Rittenhouse] repeatedly praised the security forces, including a photo of him with a long rifle and framed with the logo of "Blue Lives Matter" ("the lives of the blues - color of the police uniform - matter") a movement that was generated in response to the one of "Black Lives Matter", following the massacre of African-American George Floyd by the police three months ago .----------------- In the previous paragraph, taken from the BBC, there is a predisposition to influence whoever reads what is written, when it says: "the massacre….by the police", which has been proven false, when the truth has been known, after watching the videos of the cameras of the cops and the true autopsy results .--------- Also the BBC article says of Kyle: He is seen wandering the streets alone or alongside other self-proclaimed armed civilian protectors. The police come across them but, despite the fact that they are violating the curfew and that Rittenhouse is obviously too young to carry a semiautomatic rifle, they do not charge them. ------------- It follows that the Police know the criminals and know that these people, although not officially, are helping them. On the farm, I would not have been overly concerned. I am a very good shot out to a mile. If they start dropping at that range, they will probably go elsewhere. In the small town we have moved to, we know each other and most all of us are armed. While not an official militia, we will work together in mutual self defense.

I agree with you, but being prepared for war makes for peace; and without peace there is not really welfare. I think that to achieve peace you have to fight for freedom and justice to prevail, always considering solidarity with your neighbor as another means to avoid war.
We are at a critical moment and we must be prepared, as history tends to repeat itself, because human beings tend to suffer from collective amnesia or historical ignorance. Few know how the problems we confront have come to be, and they are carried away by emotion and not by reason. I frequently remember a quote from Jefferson, which I do not want to mention, but which sadly must be applied if we do not want the USA destroyed. We are again facing the attack of an ideology that seeks to subjugate not only this country, but the entire world.
