A video that collects what was captured by the policemen cameras, which was leaked, reveals new details of the arrest of George Floyd. The London-based Daily Mail did not report how it obtained the images from police cameras. -------Judge Peter Cahill, who is in charge of this case, at the time of the events, refused to allow the videos to be published, but did not prevent the publication of the image where the policeman applied an immobilization to the detainee that produced an excessive emotional reaction on the people who saw it. ------- All the damage that such image produced could have been avoided if the videos that we have now been able to see had been published; and that cast doubt on the good faith of everything that was transmitted by the means of information. -------This judge was the top adviser to Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar when she was a county attorney. In 2015, he dismissed charges faced by organizers of a massive Black Lives Matter protest for crimes related to burglary, illegal assembly and disorderly conduct faced by 11 organizers of the protest that took place at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota, in December 2014 .----------Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, who is prosecuting the case, said: “The prosecution team is not the source of the filtration. We will continue to take the strictest precautions to guarantee a fair trial ”; but these "strictest precautions" are flawed from origin. The new videos show the following: -------May 25, 2020. An African-American (George Floyd) dies in an ambulance as a result of a cardiopulmonary arrest, in police custody when he was taken to the hospital, as a result of an overdose of drugs that he had ingested prior to his arrest. He had paid with a false 20 USD bill when buying cigarettes and is arrested in his car, outside the store, while being behind the wheel of his car, but he feels unable to drive to flee the place and avoid being arrested, since he is under a deep psychedelic state, what can be seen in the videos, due to his hysterical way of acting, showing an exaggerated reaction: crying and complaining, without any mistreatment of his person. --------------- During the arrest he resists getting out of the car and even after being handcuffed it is difficult for the policemen to get him into the patrol car, saying that he suffers from claustrophobia and that “he cannot breathe ”(it should be noted that in this moment he is not immobilized by the policeman's knee), they enter him through one door of the patrol car and because of his resistance they have to take him out through the other door, he wants to be laid on the floor because he says “he cannot breathe”, which is a symptom of a fentanyl overdose (a drug 50 times more potent than heroin). The law enforcement officers access his request and lay him on the floor and ask for an ambulance to drive him to the hospital; being on the floor they apply an immobilization, which lasts until the ambulance arrives, as this man is not easy to handle and has made considerable resistance, since he is 6'6 ”and weighs 240 pounds, having a history of violence well known by the agent who is immobilizing him, who later appears in the ambulance helping the paramedics and gives abdominal compressions to the detainee to help him breathe.--------------------------- This sequence is conveniently recorded in videos, especially the image of the immobilization of this individual in which the policeman appears placing his knee on the neck of the arrested person, immobilization that has been considered for those who do not know about martial arts as a strangulation, not being it; and that produced an emotional reaction from those who saw that image, because apparently that man had been strangled. What those who wanted to turn this issue into a racist act and police brutality exploited, leading to waves of protests from Black Lives Matter and Antifa organizations, which degenerated into violent riots in which: vandalism, destruction and death have occurred.- ----- The news media gave this case excessive publicity, turning a criminal into a victim and a martyr, acting as sycophants to win the favor of African-Americans in favor of the Democratic Party in the next elections and we saw the politicians of that party kneeling in Congress, led by Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer, as redress for the death of this individual, as well as the delivery of a flag to his relatives by Mrs. Pelosi, as is done in the case of the soldiers who die in combat. --------- All this action was to cause emotion, because in this case what was appropriate was an investigation into the facts; and if the police officers had done wrong, the guilty should have being punished not giving rise to the destruction and death that have been produced, being unacceptable that while protesting the death of an individual it has been promoted the death of many others. --------------When this case is brought to trial and the evidence is reviewed, especially the autopsies, that have been several (he had 11 measures of fentanyl in his blood, 7 measures is fatal), proving that there was no strangulation, I think that these policemen will be acquitted, because they acted in compliance with their duty and following the established rules, for which they will also have to be compensated due to the treatment to which they have been subjected. There is a legal precedent in the case of Eric Garner in New York. -------Who will be held responsible for everything that happened as a sequel of this incident? --------I believe that it should start with the prosecutor and the judge, accusing them of prevarication and later offering a deal so that the intellectual authors of this hoax can be reached.-

The largely peaceful Black Lives Matter protests on pretty rare occasions turned violent with some vandalism and looting. The biggest example sited by the idiot Pumpkinfuhrer took place in Portland where the property damage was estimated to total 4.8 million dollars. To put this in perspective Forbes magazine reported that Trumps golf junkets cost taxpayers 340million, 70 times as much money. In fact if you combine the cost of all of the property damage in the nation that resulted from primarily peaceful protestors enraged by unwarranted gassing and attacks by police, then acting out, it amounts to less than the taxpayers cost for Trumps golf junkets.

You evidently don't get television where you live, seems the BLM/Antifa crowd is always turning a protest into a riot somewhere. Let's not start worrying about Pressident Trumps vacations - you seemed to be completely okay with all the money the idiot halfrican and spouse spent on vacations. Just sayin...
Hope you have a great Saturday!

Trump’s “golf junkets” haven’t cost people their lives and livelihoods.

Your disregard and lack of empathy, for your fellow man, is once again, stunningly displayed!

Shame on you Mulletfuhrer!

For some time, the fashion has been unleashed to accuse an opponent of the accuser faults. In your crooked way of thinking, you say that I am a fanatic because I try to “incorporate facts" into the subject; but I am not incorporating any facts to the subject, the “real facts were hidden”, publishing what was sensational and convenient to produce an emotion. Justice is not about feelings but about facts, that is why the selection of those who are part of a jury is made to determine a case. Anyone who watches the videos of the policemen cameras can appreciate the real events. This highly drugged individual with a long history of crime and violence does not cause me any sympathy; and don't try to 'incorporate' the history of racial disadvantage, as many African-Americans (Colin Powel, Ben Carson) are not like this individual.
According to what you say, it must be accepted that the parents of the 25-year-old African-American, who killed the 5-year-old white boy with a gunshot in the head at close range, must be part of the jury that would hear that case, since only "feelings and not facts should be considered", which would lead to the acquittal of his son for such a heinous crime, which according to them he committed under the influence of drugs, forgetting his criminal record; and without taking into consideration the feelings of the parents of the murdered child or the murdered child himself.
I think that the one who is really a bigot are you. I know absolutely nothing about your person, but from what you write, it looks you are a woman, who sympathizes with Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Perhaps you are also Marxist and as such, you agree with totalitarianism and “certainly would never allow an alternative point of view to be expressed” to what has been determined by the totalitarian party you support. You would also never consider events such as the more than 100 million deaths produced by communism and fascism, both of Marxist origin, during only seven decades of the 20th century, for being progressive and sympathetic to that ideology.
Being progressive means being on the extreme left and in politics: as a conservative, I am a liberal; and as a liberal, I am a conservative. I analyze the facts and the actions of people. I am not "bigot" as you say; on the contrary, I am resolutely opposed to the extremist fanatics, who seek to impose on others what they consider politically correct and so silence what is not convenient for them to be known, as has been done in the case in question, in which an incident was used to create a situation that, if the real events were published, would reveal the manipulation carried out to achieve a certain purpose.

To begin with, in my writing, at no time is the President of the United States mentioned and therefore, you are directing the conversation towards irrelevant and off-topic discussions. I know your "sublime obsession" for Mr. President and I forgive you, because I believe that being in love with a person and not being reciprocated must be hard. You are sick with TDS. You guys from the rainbow brotherhood are like that. You despise and hate those who are not like you.
I argue against your justification for the robbery, murder and destruction that have taken place in the framework of what you call "peaceful protests." You don't mean it, you mean it blatantly. You use comments pretending to ignore reality. The garbage that you write, minimizing the facts showing contempt and hatred, should be answered by those who have been harmed in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland, etc., and the relatives of those who have died in these protests. For my part, I renounce all courtesy towards you …… after all, you are anonymous.
