Again, finally...
My son learned ten days ago, the day after he moved back in, that for the second time in two months, a coworker was sick. Ten days ago. We started isolation protocols at home in case he was infected but still not symptomatic. The soonest appointment for a COVID19 test was Monday, a week ago. Today we finally learned his test was negative. I can hang out downstairs again!!! HE DID ALL THE DISHES AND CLEANED THE LITTER BOX!!!!
He says another dude called in sick today. Collective groans at the announcement. But he just broke his ankle! Cheers all around!!!

Did the dishes and cleaned the litter box? Now if only you could teach your cat to do that. lol
Even better, if only you could teach MY cat to do that.

Sorry about the ankle but maybe he can stay safe from the virus.

The ankle was a lightning bolt of luck to keep him safe.
Be well all.

I did not mean to laugh at your son fortunate unfortunate accident it was just how you put it for I to had an accident at work last Sept had to have surgery on my rt ankle. I will soon be off worker comp and have contacted my various Drs to write a letter about issues making it unwise for me to go back to work at this time so I can file for unemployment until this virus is no longer a threat I can't afford to get around large groups of people

I didn't think to ask. The cat may have done all that! Seems more likely, lol!

I shared the story with the hope to have added a little humor to someone's day. Takes a little of the edge off the worrisome stuff.
I see my narrative was a little vague. It was the coworker who called in who had only broken his ankle... so everyone cheered... that they wouldn't have to get tested all over again. My son is intact.
Hope you can stay healthy.
