I have read on Infobae the following: Columbus, Ohio, police identified a man on Sunday who was filmed "paying people to mutiny and destroy public property" during one of the protests that erupted in the United States after the death of an African-American while in custody this Monday.
The suspect was filmed while allegedly handing over money to two protesters and instructing them to continue the riot. The video, which went viral on social media, fueled suspicions of the presence in protests of organized groups, which President Donald Trump called "the radical left."
Columbus Police shared a photo on their Facebook page asking for the community's help in identifying the suspect. According to the publication, the man was "paying people to riot and destroy public property" during Saturday's event. The man was identified shortly afterward, although police did not elaborate on his identity.

Probably an antifa higher up if he was white that's a dirty secret they don't want you to know. Supposedly they are black and brown.
