It is amazing to me how intelligent, thinking scientists can fool themselves into believing they can determine how and when our Universe originated.
They take what little they have "discovered" and postulate theories based on them, draw imagined conclusions based on these theories and further postulate theories based on them, and continue this ad nauseam.
Many of these scientists have gone so far as to account for ten or more "dimensions" to help explain how our universe came to be, even though none of these "dimensions" are anymore than theories themselves.
Cosmologists haven't escalated to new heights. They've cornered themselves into a place where they can no longer understand what is happening in the Universe, and so have allowed themselves to accept theory as fact. Create what is truly Science Fiction - untestable theories - as Science Fact.
And this is sad.

Kinda like watching all the experts hurricane models here on the Gulf Coast of Florida. they usually have about twenty different "scientific" models and don't get it right until the day after the hurricane.
