I already figured that out. The very reasons why the democrats lead by Pelosi prevent the opening of the economy is to get a recession so that the people will blame president Trump and not vote for him in Nov. 2020.
Pelosi's blocking the president to open economy is a political tool to destroy the image of the president by ruining the economy so that the people will not elect him in the Nov. 2020 election.
Even it it affects the suffering people, Pelosi does not care about that. She is fully prepared for the collapse of the economy. Even her huge refrigerator is already loaded with food. While all the people suffer. That is it. To make the people suffer so that they hate the president and therefore won't vote for him. This is one of the relentless weapons that the democrats put up with the president. Everything they did in the past were failures. President Trump came out victorious, the price of honesty and integrity is rewarded.

There was a scary story on Drudge about how the Obama's can control the country for the next 12 years. It starts with Biden picking the Mooch as VP. With her on the ticket his chances for re-election increase greatly because the Bernie Bros will likely vote for them instead of not voting at all.
Immediately after the inauguration Biden resigns due to mental problems and the Mooch becomes president. Since she wasn't elected she can run two more times after that.
The only saving grace in that scenario is that the country won't survive to the 2028 election if the Mooch is president.
