Terminal Darwinian Level Ignorance In Wyoming

So in a state that has the fewest cases of Coronavirus in the country, you would think a healthcare worker would cooperate with some level of intelligence concerning testing and self quarantine.

The star of this Darwinian level of sheer raw ignorance, who works at the Wyoming Behavioral Institute, felt she should be tested because her roomate tested positive. So she gets a test and is advised to self quarantine until she gets the results...this is nothing but common sense, right? She goes to a party on a Friday night, and another on a Saturday, then finds out she tested positive. So the Wyoming health department scrambled into gear getting the names of everyone at the party and tells them to self quarantine while they wait to see if they have it, and I'm sure everyone they were in contact with.

This costs money a resources to track down something like this that could be made so much easier if this person used her brains and stayed home until she got results of her testing.

As far as I'm concerned people defying state imposed orders like the attending parties with more than 10 people deserves fines, but to do this while waiting for the results of a test because your roommate tested positive is a different level of defying sensible laws.

How can anyone think or believe that it is their right to ignore quarantine sensibilities and put so many more people at risk than if they just stayed home because they were exposed?

Wyoming has low enough numbers to effectively try to run down exposures and contain outbreaks, but when people are this dim witted it makes it way harder.

What is the basis for your assertion that the WBI staffer, and room mate, were both female?
