One person in each family needs to get a plasma transfusion to get the antibodies and immunity. That one person goes to a blood banks and gets a plasma transfusion which can provide three antibody plasma packets for three more family members. After these three members get the antibodies and immunity, they go to the blood bank and get blood transfusions which can supply nine antibody plasma packets, They follow suit and supply 27 antibody plasma packets. By this time 31family members are immune to the Coronavirus and can get back to their daily routine.

My luck my representative would get the virus on his way to the hospital.

the World Health Organization issued a warning Friday about coronavirus testing, saying there’s no evidence serological tests can show whether a person has immunity or is no longer at risk of becoming reinfected.
“These antibody tests will be able to measure that level of serology presence, that level of antibodies, but that does not mean that somebody with antibodies” is immune, said Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, head of WHO’s emerging diseases and zoonosis unit.

I would rather hear a challenge from the CDC then the WHO on the plasma antibody method of immunity. The WHO, to date, does not have a great track record in providing truthful information.

Ummm... I don't think that's how it works....

Also...Allowing untrained individuals to begin administering transfussions sounds dangerous...

How about isolating the infected and allowing the virus to die out????

Where did you come to the conclusion that untrained individuals would administer the transfusions. The transfusions would take place at hospitals with trained care providers.

Have your representative get inside a bubble ball and roll himself to the hospital.

That might work if all the infected could be identified. Also it seems that some persons have the virus buts show no symptoms

Please explain how you “think” it works.

Ah... You mean each individual goes to the blood bank.. I read it as though they were taking the packs home with them....

It works if people isolate as a group for an extended period of time... Prevents transmission...

There is no proof that plasma transfusions equate with immunity...

I saw the snippet on TV and one person who has contracted and is cured gets the antibodies. He can provide a blood sample and this results in three antibody plasma packets that can then be administered to others who will develop the immunity.

Studies conducted all over the world...

Especially the recent study in Korea...

Plasma is used to boost the immune system.. It does not provide immunity...
