It's hard to believe that this is the best Wisconsin Republicans can come up with for voting during the pandemic: close a bunch of polling places, mail out absentee ballots too late to return on time, and then have the SCOTUS legitimize this mess.

This is clearly election fraud and the playbook the Republicans will use in November.
It's hard to believe that this is the best Wiscons... (show quote)

You know the old saying; when you got nothing....................cheat. I'm always amazed that my State can declare a winner in the Presidential election..................................when 75% of the precincts have yet to report. Mind you, that ONLY works for President, not for any other races, and the Republican always wins.

Assuming what you say is true, (it probably isn't); then you are angry that Republicans are using Democratic tactics?

This is not democratic tactics, the whole dam country is supposed to be staying home and because of Republicans people have to get out and try to vote. This just shows that Republicans have no value for human life, they don't even care how many people get infected.I think this may hurt the republicans in Wisconsin come election time because maybe the people will wake up and see how arogrant the republican party has become. And that say the Democratic party doesnt care about people .

Let's examine this. States control their voting, not DC or the president. Wisconsin, like many states, have an on line site where voters may request mail in ballots. Wisconsin was hit hard with the seasonal flue 2019-2020. So far, will you agree with these statements?

So, now the hard questions; do reasonable, intelligent adults take precautions when they are sick or during cold/flu season? Are Wisconsin residents reasonable? Intelligent? Could they have reasonably known of the Wu Flu in January along with the rest of the US or in Feb or Mar? Could they have protected their voting rights by going on line and requesting an absentee vote form be mailed to them? They had until 3 April to request the forms. Is it the Federal Government's job to contact each voter and ask if they want the form? The state or the individual intelligent adult's responsibility? Finally, are you saying only Democrats were affected and all Republicans behaved as intelligent people should have, requested their forms in time to account for the US mail?

Lockdowns in states began in early March. Did these people expect to delay voting, if so for how long? Wu Flu, like all flus that came before does not just suddenly end....most hang around for a year or more (until enough people develop antibodies), did they think Wu Flu would be different?

Now then let's talk about the second entity that failed, the governor. It is their job to be proactive and forward thinking. Should a contingency plan had been in place?

So...how is it election fraud if people elect not to ask for early voting or mail in ballots?

The governor did propose delaying the primary, which the general assembly refused to even consider and the Wisconsin supreme court would not back the governor executive order to extend the mail in ballot time. Wisconsinites went from not knowing when the vote would be held to finding out on Monday night that it would be held during a pandemic.

Here's a list of folks who postponed their votes because of the pandemic:
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/03/24/coronavirus-update-states-that-have-postponed-2020-primaries.html

So yeah, I'm going to say that folks did expect the vote to be delayed. How could they guess that they would not have a different election day when everyone else postponed due to the virus.

Your suicide Queen cheated Bernie, plus Donna (don king) Brazille gave the questions to Hillary that she was given by ABC before a debate, but hell that's so normal to you people that you have no problem with the cheaters on the Demoproggies team.

You won't specifically comment on the context of this post,

Your primary is in May. What does that have to do with Wisconsin?

Speaking of canned crap....what does that have to do with the issues raised? Namely, asking folks to risk getting the virus in order to vote.

I think you hit the nail on the head. It's a dress rehearsal come November, looks like the Bulwinkle Republican's are going to go for the old rabbit outta the hat once again, the third time's a charm. Funny he never did get a rabbit, lol.

Whattaya want to bet Trump is going to declare voter fraud and will try and hang tight.
