All of America needs to understand this and stand up to the CRIMINALS (which is what they are) in Washington, DC.

Sicilianthing: Go back through history to the Presidency of Thomas Jefferson and you will find that he abolished 6 different judgeships/ courts. To my knowledge, that optional action has not changed to this day. President Abraham Lincoln did not agree with the judicial ruling in the Dred Scott case and stalled the enactment until his assassination.
