Sicilianthing-as much as I would like to see Holder impeached I believe it is the wrong move at the wrong time. Such an action will take a lot of time and a lot of money which we do not have. Mr. Holder can be impeached by the House but he will never be convicted by the Senate., To achieve the magic number of 67 you would need all 45 republicans and 22 democrats/independents. This could play into the democrat's hand as they could instruct all of those whose senate seats are in danger to vote "yes" on convictions while assured that the magic number of 67 is never reached., When the economy is in decline and people do not have jobs there are better ways of spend time and money. If impeachment is to be attempted it needs to happen after the Nov elections. Good Luck America !!!

I understand and probably true to unfold, but again that scenario feeds the fire about the mentality behind the seats they hold !
It's the whole purpose for removal yet again.
We all discuss all of these scenarios here and they all eventually circle back to the same inevitable conclusion of CEASE and ASSIST by the people.

You are correct in that he would never be convicted by the current Senate. However, the stain of impeachment will forever haunt him, even in the history books.

It is not the CLOWNGENERALS (AG) job to do what's right for the administration... but for upholding the Constitution and the PEOPLES interests as per the Constitution. And since the IRS issue is so intrusive to the PEOPLE, AG should have already progressed and parted sides with Obamadrama.
Since he didn't or hasn't he is now going to be implicated also.
