As of 11/1/20 we are Constitutional open carry wlo permit.

It's not a regulated militia. It is a militia that is well-regulated. And it is necessary to the existence and security of a Free State which is of the people, by the people, and for the people because it derives just power from the consent of the governed.

Right. Reading the article.....A well regulated militia, being necessary to
the security of a free state, (COMMA)…...have said that, AFTER the comma,
it goes on to say......the right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms shall
