I've watched a few tattoo removals on TV.
It looks painful and they say it's more expensive than getting the tattoo.
I've seen old women working at the hospital that had them on their legs.
Patients with them showing from the top of their shirt.
One woman came in with cut offs on.
She had huge calves and a huge eyeball tattooed on the side of her calf.
It was gross.

My Dad ran a sign-business. I watched "Joe's Diner" become "Joseph's Fine Dining"...
"Shirley's Hair Styles" to "Shurl's Curls".
Don't get me started on the Greek pizza guys.
In otherwords,people change their minds,and when you've commited your message to a sign,menu,checkbook,stationery etc. it can get expensive , inconvenient.
Tattoos? I'm now almost 65, and my daughter's name might be the only thing I'd permanently mark my body with. I've got plenty of scars that came with stories. They'll do.

Any idiot can get a tattoo. I'm 61 and have never had any thought to get tattooed. I have scars. These have been earned and come with stories, most are good, a couple may be a little embarrassing.
