Impeachment Changes

There should be an Amendment changing the USA Presidential Impeachment Process:

The House brings-up Charges for President's Impeachment... The passed charges go to the sitting Supreme Court within 7 days of passage...

The Supreme Court must review the charges and conclude any or all charges can be tried by the sitting Senate within 7 days of receiving them...

The Court Approved Charges are then sent to the Senate for trial... If found guilty of any of the trial charges, the President is immediately removed from Office, and the next-in-line will immediately be sworn-in...

Might be better to let the court decide his guilt and re
move him take the power from the politicians

And the president will be exonerated for certain. The joke of Pelosi's impeachment does not even reach the level of impeachment. Yet despite of the immaterial substance, NONE exist. Loneytone, better challenge me WHY?

They claim there is no set time, but it says the house votes to impeach and sends it to the Senate.
It sounds like the founders meant as soon as they're written.

The Senate would be within it's rights to hold a hearing today and acquit. Nutcase Nancy is now out of the picture for these impeachment articles. She will probably write up more articles and try to impeach Trump again.

These impeachment attempts keep the public from delving too deeply into the Bidens, the Obamas, the Clintons and what game the Dems played with Ukraine to get rich and get Hillary elected.

Typical liberal "shell game".

They've already said they'll continue to impeach him.
The claim is now she'll hold the articles until after the state of the union.
She wants him still under impeachment then.
She doesn't want him all be cocky about being cleared.
I think McConnell should toss it out now.

It didn't work. We've scratched the surface of Ukraine, but there is a lot more.
