Now some insurers may finally be waking up and limiting how much they are willing to pay.

I agree completly that the problem w/ heathcare is blown up cost, but instead of fixing the problem we instead cram expensive heathcare on people, and yes I get it we have to pay anyway if they go to an emergency room. Last time I was in an ambulance it cost over $1,100 to go 10 minutes up the road. 8 pairs of rubber gloves at $9 are pair, that's $72, I could have bought a whole box for $5. Just Crazy! Then we wonder why heathcare is so expensive. These are the kind of price gouging that needs to stop, if any kind of universal healthcare is going to work.
