Here is my "US Federal Courts Wish List":
1. Read and Announce to follow the 10th Amendment to Our Constitution:
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
2. Void all Federal Legislation and Financing/Spending to all State Licensed Healthcare Facilities, Organizations, and Privately Owned Healthcare Facilities and Organizations.
3. Dismantle the Dept of Education, and void all Federal Legislation and Spending to State Licensed and Privately Owned Educational Facilities and Organizations.
4. Find the Presidential Power to Reprieve and Pardon anyone as being Unconstitutional, as it violates the Separation of Powers between the Executive and Judicial Branches.
