My Democratic biases are clearly showing because I am clearly and openly biased in favor of the Democratic party. I don’t make any attempts to hide that bias. I support the Democratic party, because I sincerely believe it is significantly better for our country than the Republican party. I believe the Democratic party is corrupt, but less corrupt. I believe the Democratic party is purchased to a great extent by the extremely wealthy and by the international corporations, but I believe the Republican party has been purchased lock stock and barrel by the extremely wealthy and the international corporations. I do not believe the Democratic party is working in support of my best interests. However, I think the Republican party is working in direct conflict with my best interests and the interests of America. When I vote, I am not voting for individuals, I am voting for a party that is not supportive with what I believe is important for America, but it is definitely more supportive of my interests and America’s interests than the Republican party.

In our system, I have only two choices. I am not a Democrat, but until I have a real, choice, it is the only choice I have available.

Obviously Ricko will disagree with me and that is his right and I have to assume he is open to other opinions although his comments above do not suggest that he is. You, the reader will decide which is more constructive for America. Please make your opinions known. If you have a better idea not just a better insult – I sincerely want to hear it.

Glaucon-If I understand you correctly you are for big government, higher taxes, more programs to take care of people from cradle to grave,open borders, etc. That is is your choice. Conversely, I prefer smaller government, less taxes (better management of resources) , consolidation of overlapping programs many of which do not work, balancing the budget, paying down the debt, less regulation to allow private sector to create jobs which lead to self sufficiency as opposed to welfare, a strong military, and adherence to the rule of law by everyone including the president. Believe those are moderate views and I would like to see the governors have more power to run their States according to the desires of their citizens as opposed to being hamstrung by some bureaucrat in Washington D. C. . Government has become to big and unwieldy and is not serving us well. I do not like one party to control all of government. If a party controls the Congress a president of the opposing party would provide the needed checks and balances and vice versa. My view is that democrats think they know best what is good for everyone and they want everything to be controlled from D.C.. Good Luck America !!!
